1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the FEEO online store (feeo.co.za) and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these terms. The website is owned and operated by Synergistec (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

3. Products
FEEO products are solar DC protection devices including but not limited to DC circuit breakers, surge arrestors, PV fuses, fuse holders, combiner boxes, DB boards and DC isolators. All products are intended for use in photovoltaic (solar) installations by qualified persons.
We make every effort to display product information, specifications and pricing accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayGate — Visa, Mastercard and other card payments
- Yoco — Card payments via the Yoco payment gateway
- Zapper — QR code scan-to-pay
- EFT — Direct bank transfer
All online card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store card details on our servers.
4.2 EFT Orders
Orders placed via EFT will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account. Orders not paid within 5 business days may be cancelled.
5. Orders & Confirmation
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation email. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shakaskraal, KwaZulu-Natal via Courier Guy.
Estimated delivery times:
- KZN: 1–2 business days
- Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape: 2–3 business days
- Other areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. FEEO is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect delivery addresses, or events outside our control. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss and damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier service.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Products must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled and in their original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions.
8. Warranty
All FEEO products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or modification
- Damage caused by external events (lightning, power surges, flooding, fire)
- Normal wear and tear
- Products that have been opened, altered or tampered with
9. Limitation of Liability
FEEO and Synergistec (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
FEEO products must be installed by qualified electricians or solar installers in accordance with applicable South African electrical regulations (SANS 10142) and manufacturer specifications. FEEO accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Synergistec (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without prior written consent.
11. Privacy
We collect and process personal information necessary to fulfil your orders and provide customer service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and arrange delivery. Payment information is processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
12. Force Majeure
FEEO shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, courier service disruptions, or supply chain delays.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
