Yes. All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (PayGate and Yoco). We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS.

Select EFT at checkout and you will receive our banking details along with your order reference number. Once payment reflects (usually within 1 business day), we will dispatch your order. Send proof of payment to [email protected] to expedite processing.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shakaskraal, KwaZulu-Natal. We ship nationwide via Courier Guy.

Our pricing tiers are based on order quantity per product line. Higher quantities unlock lower unit prices. Registered installers and trade customers may qualify for preferential pricing on all orders. Contact us to register as a trade customer.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. The product must not have been installed or used. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Yes. FEEO products are specifically designed for photovoltaic (PV) and DC applications. Our DC circuit breakers, surge arrestors, fuses and isolators are all rated for the voltages and currents found in solar installations. Our products are used by professional solar installers across South Africa.

All FEEO products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Contact us with your order number, product details and a description (with photos if possible) of the defect. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or external events such as lightning strikes.

DC (direct current) protection devices are essential for solar PV installations. Solar panels generate DC electricity, which requires specialised protection equipment rated for DC voltages. Standard AC breakers and fuses cannot safely interrupt DC arcs. FEEO products are designed specifically for DC applications, ensuring safe isolation, overcurrent protection and surge suppression in solar systems.

FEEO DC circuit breakers are available in ratings from 250VDC to 1000VDC, covering single-string through to high-voltage commercial PV systems. Surge arrestors are rated for common PV system voltages (500V, 600V, 800V, 1000VDC). Check individual product specifications for exact ratings.
