14-Day Return Policy
FEEO accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. This policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused and uninstalled — products that have been installed, wired, or connected are not eligible for return
- Products must be undamaged and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, documentation and labels
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, wired, or used in any way
- Products with signs of physical damage, tampering, or modification
- Products without original packaging
- Custom or specially ordered products
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
How to Return
Contact Us
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +27 82 888 1806 with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorisation
We will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number with return instructions. Do not return products without an RA number.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our Shakaskraal, KZN warehouse. Include the RA number on the package. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (wrong product shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. FEEO is not responsible for returned products lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Card payments (PayGate/Yoco): Refunded to the original card within 14 business days
- Zapper payments: Refunded via EFT within 14 business days
- EFT payments: Refunded via EFT within 14 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Products & Warranty Claims
If you receive a defective product or experience a product failure within the 2-year warranty period, please contact us immediately. Defective product claims are handled separately from standard returns.
For warranty claims, please provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the defect
- Photos of the defective product (if applicable)
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for confirmed warranty claims will be covered by FEEO.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs
- Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved
We will lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
